Are you checking in with yourself and noticing how your stress is throughout the day? How’s it going at home right now?

If you’re struggling with communication (or maybe life’s slowed down and you’re having to communicate with your loved ones more than ever) you can always improve! The first step in improving your communicating is getting yourself into a more grounded, calm state.

It’s not something all of us can do 💯% right now but we can cultivate a mindfulness practice, check in with ourselves throughout the day, and bring ourselves back to center over and over.
