Learn To Trust Yourself After Trauma

This time of year can feel extra difficult with everything happening in the world.

And for those of you who are able to avoid family altogether because of restrictions, you may still notice you're having emotions about family.

That's because no matter where we go, how far we move, or how long we've not seen our families, we can still carry the wounds, burdens, and impacts our past had on us wherever we go.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There's nothing wrong with you. This is just a part of being human. Let me know how you're doing this season; what are your struggles and what is helping you!

I have a gift for you!

I've put together a guidebook will help you understand how lack of self trust is impacting your life, educate on how trauma impacts your connection with your intuition, and gives you 5 actionable steps to start trusting yourself.

Do You Struggle with Trusting Yourself?

Hi there! I've created a free guide to help you Trust Yourself again (or maybe for the first time). This is not a replacement for therapy or working directly with a skilled practitioner, but it will give you support on your journey. Included are journaling prompts, education on how trauma impacts our connection with ourselves, and 5 steps to start trusting yourself more.
