You Don't Have To Be The Only Grown Up

If you had to grow up too soon or were parentified you may have taken this sense of over responsibility, over giving, caretaking and protecting into your adult relationships.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I want to offer that you are worth being protected, nurtured, cared for, and supported in your adult relationships. And that by having these experiences you are actually healing those childhood wounds from the lack of parenting you experienced.
