Should I stay or should I go... It's a question that so many people ask themselves at some point in their relationships. Has too much happened? Is healing still possible?


Your childhood experiences shaped who you are today, and your past traumas affect why you enter into certain relationships, so determining the answer always involves getting more clarity around yourself.


You need a clear understanding of what is going on with your partner and yourself outside of your relationship, and then you'll need to look at the relationship as a whole. But this can only be done once you've done the work to process your emotions and heal.
