Today I want to talk about something that is holding so many people back from living their fullest potential and reaching their goals.


This core wound can make us feel as if we aren't good enough, no matter what we do.


As long as we are stuck on the hamster wheel of feeling perpetually not enough, it's going to affect how we set and achieve our goals.


The Core Wound of Unworthiness


That is because what we are striving or reaching for is not congruent with our core belief about ourselves. Until we do the inner healing work, we will continually be stuck.


I want you to know that you are enough, exactly as you are. You're worth taking the time to invest in, to find a therapist to work with, to read a book, or take a course to help you heal. There is a special magic that only you can bring to this world.
